Hello everyone, this is your weekly energy update for April 12th through April 18th.
We’re going to tune in with the crystal cards, and at the same time, there are also tarot messages coming through. The intention of this reading is really to guide you—how to navigate this week, how to work with these energies for your personal and spiritual growth, and how to move through any obstacles without losing yourself in the mind or in overwhelming emotions. The goal is to stay centered.
So let’s tune into the general energy of this week.
We continue from last week with Fire Opal. This is a very intense energy. It speaks about a beginning, but also about your inner fire. It’s really saying: stay connected to your inner fire. You need this energy right now for whatever you are building, whatever your intentions or projects are.
This fire is also connected to kundalini energy. When you allow this awakening to happen and you work with your energy centers, it can open you to deeper awareness, especially through the third eye. At the same time, this fire helps you transform what is no longer needed. It’s like the phoenix rising from the ashes—a death and rebirth, burning away the old to make space for the new.
The opal itself has a mirroring quality. It’s not always an easy stone, because it brings both the light and the shadow to the surface. It shows you what you may not want to look at—but what is ready to be transformed.
So the main energy of this week is powerful. If you tune into it consciously, it can really lift you into a higher frequency of transformation.
Now, let’s look at the underlying energy.
The first stone is Chrysocolla. This is a very important energy this week. Chrysocolla helps you deal with anger, frustration, or emotional heat. Because there is so much fire present, it can also show up as irritability, arguments, or feeling overwhelmed.
Chrysocolla brings cooling. It helps calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and soften intense emotions. You can meditate with it, hold it in your hands, or even place it under your pillow if your mind is too active at night. It helps you sleep and come back to balance.
So we have fire, and we have cooling—this balance is essential.
Then comes Onyx. Onyx is grounding, root chakra energy. It brings stability and strength. When you ground yourself—through nature, through your body—you create a foundation to work with the fire in a constructive way.
I personally don’t like to wear onyx near the heart chakra because it’s quite heavy energy. I prefer it lower on the body—around the hips, in your pockets, or even around the ankles. Keep it close to the first and second chakra, where it supports your grounding.
When you combine Fire Opal with Onyx, you get a very strong, stable force. It helps you move forward in a powerful but grounded way.
Then we move into the Herkimer Diamond. This is a very high vibration stone. It opens awareness, supports the third eye, and helps you tune into higher frequencies. After doing the grounding and emotional work, this energy can rise—like a kundalini movement—clearing blockages and opening your energy system.
It’s like a lotus flower opening. When energy flows freely through your chakras, you come into a state of clarity, oneness, and deeper understanding.
And then we have charoite.
Charoite brings a slightly different message. It feels more connected to the heart. It can support you through moments of sadness, doubt, or when you don’t fully believe in yourself.
It asks you gently:
Are you really trusting yourself?
Are you standing in your truth?
Or are you letting the mind pull you down?
If there is sadness or emotional blockage, especially in the heart or throat, charoite can support you. You can wear it near the heart or meditate with it. It creates a sense of safety, softness, and emotional support.
The underlying energy is really guiding you step by step:
cool down the fire, ground yourself, raise your awareness, and stay connected to your truth.
Now, let’s look at the guidance for this week.
Again, Opal appears—this time, Blue Opal—and also Silver.
This confirms the message: it’s time for inner work. Mirror work. Looking within. Not avoiding what comes up, but gently observing and transforming it.
The energy is actually supportive right now. Things can shift faster than you think, so don’t be afraid to go deep.
Also, look at your patterns. What no longer serves you? What are you ready to release?
Silver is important here as well. It’s a soft, cooling metal, unlike gold, which carries more fire. Wearing your stones with silver can help balance the intense energy of the week.
You can really imagine yourself surfing this wave of fire—using its power, but staying centered and calm within.
Another beautiful practice is working with Herkimer Diamond elixir. You can place the stone in water overnight and drink it throughout the day. It supports clearing and transformation on a deeper level. Continue this until you feel a shift or release.
And again, if the heart feels heavy or sensitive, come back to charoite for support.
It is a very powerful, transformative week. Work step by step. You don’t need to do everything at once. Feel what calls you, integrate it, and then move to the next step.
There will also be a meditation to support you.
Thank you for being here.
Giving you lots of love,
Anja Joanna
