How to Practice
If possible, sit in nature — in a park, garden, or forest.
You may sit on the grass or with your back against a tree.
If this is not possible, simply visualize your favorite place in nature. Your mind and energy will still connect.
Wear comfortable clothing, sit relaxed, and allow yourself to fully receive the experience.
Make It a Regular Practice
You can return to this meditation anytime you feel:
